Event Hosting General Terms & Conditions
1. Once your Booking Application and Event Date has been approved, an agreement will be presented to you based on your application details for your intended event.
2. Advance Payment of the Relevant Bookings Fee confirms reservation of your event on the approved date and authorizes you (the Host) to initiate promotions and publication of your event to your patrons.
3. Confirmed Bookings will include authorizations as follows:
a) Set your own Door Entry Price for your Event;
b) Select your own Music DJ or use one of our top notch house DJs (A modest DJ Fee applies);
c) Qualify for possible Revenue-Share options for Your Event.
5. No Alcoholic or other beverages are allowed to be brought into the facility for the event without the approval of the Facility Management.
6. Approvals and authorization are required in advance for any food items or catering for an approved event.
7. The Host (You) will be responsible for managing the proceedings at your hosted event and will benefit from any provisions or arrangements approved for your Hosted Event.
8. All proceedings at the Event will be the responsibility of the Host, who will be personally or collectively liable for any damages or injuries occurring during or as a result of proceedings at the event.
9. All promotions and advertising to be used at the Event are to be approved by the Facility Management prior to its distribution or announcement to patrons at the event.
EVENT MANAGEMENT CONDITIONS
10. Upon confirmation of your booking, the facility management initiates the securing of relevant staffing, contractors and other arrangements for your event including limited publication and promotions of your event.
11. Your event will be open to your patrons as well as the general public unless otherwise approved by the facility management, who reserve the right to refuse entry without prejudice of any person(s) or group of persons to the facility or event.
12. All Patrons (Paying & Complimentary) will be counted towards the total count of paid attendees (The Total Calculated Revenue Proceeds) and will be used to calculate total door proceeds for the event.
13. Any breach of the above General Terms and Conditions will be considered a breach of the Event Booking and Reservation Agreement and will be the case for immediate cancellation of the Booking and Event without favor or liability of the Facility Management or the Booking Facilitators to the Host.
14. If your event is cancelled by the facility management for any reason other than those stated above, a full refund of your Booking Fee will be provided, which will constitute the total liability in its entirety of the facility management and booking facilitators.
15. Cancellations on your part (the Host) will result in a 50% refund of your Booking Fee if cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance of your reserved event date. The Booking Fee is non-refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of your event date.
16. Notice of cancellations by the host must be emailed to info@TelNeTtnt.com or delivered in writing to the Facility Management at the below listed address as soon as determined by the host:
