Thank you for your requesting an Event Hosting Date for your Event. Your application and chosen dates will be validated for availability and upon confirmation you will be notified of Booking Fees and possible Revenue-Share Arrangements.

Once your Order has been processed and finalized, an invoice will be sent to you for payments of applicable booking fees. To make payments please complete the Booking Fee Payment Process below.

NOTE: This Payment Page is only accessible after the Event Date Request Form has been completed and submitted online.
